K&R ansi en kernel mw4 mwp

I chose to start on mwplight, because it's a quite little piece of code (11 files, 5746 loc), independant, already designed for a migration to ANSI C. So far, my surgical tools are:

protoize for the K&R->ANSI conversion
gcc -M for the dependencies handling
gcc -ansi -Wall -Wextra -Wc++-compat and splint for the code checks
make for a simple and generic build procedure
